If the services are cancelled before the abovementioned deadline, the outstanding amount will not be charged.

No orders will be cancelled past 15 days before the date agreed for the experience.

No orders will be cancelled if the service or experience is not listed on this website or follows its instructions.

Any difference in amount between the original order and the modified one will be paid using the chosen payment method. The return and new shipping costs will be paid by the customer, not by MARÍA BENITA CANTOS CARRILERO – ME FROM SPAIN.

In turn, MARÍA BENITA CANTOS CARRILERO – ME FROM SPAIN will not be able to substitute the requested service without the client’s consent. 3. CAMBIO Y ANULACIÓN.

NO SE PERMITEN CAMBIOS al ser todas las experiencias totalmente personalizadas.

3.2.- Anulación.

La reserva de fecha se realiza con un pago anticipado de 100€. El resto del importe se cargará 15 días antes de su experiencia y usted podrá cancelar su reserva hasta este momento. (Los 100€ pagados por adelantado corresponden a los gastos de reserva y en ningún caso serán abonados)

Los servicios podrán ser anulados hasta 15 días antes de la fecha pactada para prestación. Para cualquier anulación del pedido, deberá notificarlo lo antes posible a través del correo electrónico info@mefromspain.com.

Si la anulación se realiza en el mencionado plazo no se realizará el cargo del importe pendiente.

En el caso de que la anulación se realice con posterioridad a los 15 días antes de la fecha pactada para prestación, el cliente no podrá anular su pedido.

No se permite la anulación de pedidos realizados por el cliente cuando el servicio o experiencia no esté enumerado en esta web o siga sus instrucciones.

Cualquier diferencia de importe entre el pedido original y el modificado será tramitada siguiendo el procedimiento correspondiente al medio de pago elegido. Los gastos de devolución y nuevo envío no serán asumidos por MARÍA BENITA CANTOS CARRILERO – ME FROM SPAIN.

Por su parte, MARÍA BENITA CANTOS CARRILERO – ME FROM SPAIN no podrá sustituir sin previa consulta al cliente, el servicio solicitado. Si cualquier cláusula incluida en estas Condiciones Particulares de la Contratación fuese declarada, total o parcialmente, nula o ineficaz, tal nulidad o ineficacia afectará tan sólo a dicha disposición o a la parte de la misma que resulte nula o ineficaz, subsistiendo el resto de Condiciones Generales de Contratación. En consecuencia, la cláusula declarada total o parcialmente nula o ineficaz se tendrá por no puesta.

9.- GESTIÓN DE QUEJAS Y RECLAMACIONES

Para cualquier aclaración, sugerencia, queja o reclamación podrán dirigirse a nuestro servicio de atención al cliente por los siguientes medios, donde atenderemos su petición.

Asimismo, disponemos de las Hojas de Reclamaciones a disposición de los consumidores y usuarios. Puedes solicitarlas a través de cualquiera de las direcciones indicadas anteriormente.

Le informamos que en caso de presentar queja o reclamación se le asignará una clave identificativa y un justificante por escrito que se le remitirá a través del medio de contacto por usted determinado, dejando constancia de la queja o reclamación por usted presentada.

MARÍA BENITA CANTOS CARRILERO – ME FROM SPAIN, dará respuesta a su queja o reclamación a la mayor brevedad posible y en todo caso en el plazo máximo de un mes desde la presentación de esta. En caso de que tu solicitud no sea resuelta satisfactoriamente, podrás acudir a la jurisdicción ordinaria o tramitar tu reclamación a través del sitio web http://ec.europa.eu/odr, que proporcionará de manera gratuita un punto único de acceso para la resolución extrajudicial.

10.- LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE Y SUMISIÓN A FUEROS.

Las compraventas de productos o servicios realizadas a MARÍA BENITA CANTOS CARRILERO – ME FROM SPAIN se someten a la legislación española.

En el supuesto de que surja cualquier conflicto o discrepancia en la interpretación o aplicación de las presentes condiciones contractuales, MARÍA BENITA CANTOS CARRILERO – ME FROM SPAIN se somete al sistema arbitral de consumo y a los Juzgados y Tribunales que, en su caso conocerán del asunto, y que serán los que disponga la normativa legal aplicable en materia de jurisdicción competente: tratándose de consumidores finales, al lugar del cumplimiento de la obligación o al del domicilio de la parte compradora.

En el caso de que la parte compradora actuara en representación de persona jurídica, ambas partes se someten, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero, a los Juzgados y Tribunales de la localidad de la parte compradora.
