Booking confirmation
An initial payment of €100 is required to book the desired date. The remaining balance will be charged 15 days before your experience; until this time, you can cancel your reservation. (The 100€ down payment is the reservation fee and will in no case be refunded).
Fully tailored personal luxury experience
Once you book the date of your experience, we will send you a questionnaire to find out your tastes, needs and expectations and design a totally personalized and customized experience for you.
We will explain the itinerary on the very day of the experience, right before we start, and we can make changes or adjustments based on your preferences.
Our goal is to surprise you and ensure that you enjoy the experience. Trust us and our expertise.
ME From Spain Questionnaire
The questionnaire we will send you is a quick and accurate 2-minute questionnaire that will allow us to fully customize your experience in a fast and easy way for you.
If we have any questions while we are preparing the itinerary, we will send you an email.
If you wish to add a visit that you did not mention in the questionnaire, want to make a suggestion, or have doubts or questions, we will be more than happy to assist you… We love to hear from you so we can help you.
Final Payment
20 days before your experience, you will receive an email reminding you that you will be charged the outstanding amount in five days.
You can cancel the experience up until the charge is made (the 100€ down payment is the reservation fee and will in no case be refunded).
Experience confirmation email & Practical advice
Once the final payment has been made, you will receive an email confirming total payment.
The email will also include suggestions what to wear depending on the route (if you want or need to know this information in advance, please send us an email).
Notification on the day before the experience
The day before the experience, you will receive an SMS or an email (as previously specified) reminding you of the pick-up and drop-off times.
Day of the experience
We will pick you up at your hotel at the agreed time and travel to our destination using the means chosen for your fully tailored experience.
Once we arrive at the starting point of the route—or during the trip if it is long enough—we will provide a detailed explanation of the itinerary that we have prepared. We can make changes based on your preferences.
Our goal is to offer you a memorable experience by sharing with you our expertise on brands, designers, restaurants and showing you all the secret corners… We are first-class experts in MADE IN SPAIN, fashion, artisan products, gastronomy and traditions.
We will advise you on the best purchases, the latest MADE IN SPAIN trends and personal image. Our international training in Luxury Management enables us to offer you what you are looking for, and our training as Personal Fashion Stylists will allow us to help you look better than ever.
We will drop you off at your hotel, at the agreed time, after the end of an unforgettable experience filled with learning, where you will acquire priceless knowledge about Spain and its people.
