Discovering Wines in Castilla

A LUXURY CULINARY EXPERIENCE that will last around 12 hours in total and includes the trip from Madrid to Castilla-León or Castilla la Mancha (and back) by train (two hours each way) plus a one-hour drive. We will visit a series of wineries in the area that you choose and have lunch at a Michelin-star or upscale restaurant.

This visit will allow you to discover the best wines with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) in Spain while you visit unique places and live unforgettable experiences.

We will also advise you, if you wish, on the best wines to purchase in the region that we visit. Our international training in luxury brands and our extensive knowledge of the Spanish market enables us to offer you what you are looking for.

Details

Based on your preferences, we will design and prepare a fully customized and personalized route around several wineries in one of the two Castillas, which are among the regions with the best wines and the richest history in Spain.

In Castilla León

We have the Ribera del Duero PDO: It is the most important in the region and one of the most highly recognized in Spain and abroad. Ribera del Duero wines are generally top-quality young and aged red wines. The Ribera del Duero houses what is generally known as the as the Golden Mile of Wine, 115 kilometers of emblematic wineries where we can find some of the best wines in Spain.

The Rueda PDO, created in 1980, was the first to be recognized in Castilla y León. Specializing in white wines, most of its vineyards are located around the towns of La Seca, Rueda and Serrada.

at a Michelin-star or upscale restaurant (depending on the area we visit).
